My Boat is a beautifully finished 62' semi-trad narrowboat. The exterior is painted a stylish blue with cream roof and red detailing - along with chrome fittings. Internally the boat is configured in the reverse layout format. The Beta Hybrid propulsion system comprises a keel cooled Beta 50 hp engine with a 10kW electric motor / generator - which is controlled with a simple joystick. The 800Ah battery pack providing both power for 230V AC electrical appliances without running the engine, as well as, near silent cruising when using the electric motor.
