When it came to planning our Narrowboat we had one feature - a bike room - we specifically wanted, which was why we planned on having a boat built.

Talking to several boat builders, most had a predefined idea of what was required. James & Donna listened to our ideas and then worked with us throughout the build process to make it a workable reality. In several areas we made suggestions which were again listened to and, if sensible, were taken on board.

The quality of the workmanship, and level of detail that goes into a Braidbar boat is exceptional. The whole build process was enjoyable and stress free, and we felt James, Donna & the team fully supported us along the way.

During handover and post build shakedown the support continued with a friendly voice at the end of the telephone or email, no matter how basic or complex the problem. 

The end result has exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend the Braidbar team to anyone planning a bespoke narrow boat.
