Braidbar Boats have been building narrowboats for the discerning boater at historic Lord Vernon's Wharf for more than twenty years.

What a great show! We were voted 2nd in the ‘Favourite Boat of Show 2010’ – and we only missed 1st place by a couple of votes! Despite the rain on Saturday, visitors seemed to turn out in their 100’s and kept us busy all weekend. There was some very real interest by visitors looking for a new boat and we are delighted that some orders have already been received.

We received some very positive feedback not only on our beautiful exhibit boat ‘Sanity Again’, but on the helpfulness and experience shared by our staff – all of whom are our loyal customers. We are really very thankful to them all for sparing their precious time to help us over the weekend – their support and friendship is invaluable to us.

We have arranged another Open day at the Boat Yard on September 18th so please do come and join us and take some time to see around the boat yard and the boats in build, and many of our customers will have their boats moored up to show you over them too.
