This recognition of our skill and craftsmanship by the general public represents a particularly proud moment  in Braidbar's history.

 

Awards

Braidbar No. 100 won this year’s ‘Favourite Boat in Show, Crick 2007’ award. It was especially nice to win this year because with Braidbar being the company’s centenary boat it provided an extra way to mark the century.

Many people viewed Braidbar over the weekend and it meant a lot to Iain and Luisa that despite the boat being fitted out to their personal ‘ideal’ specifications including of course the traditional boatman’s cabin and vintage engine, people still recognised the quality and craftsmanship necessary to produce a boat of this standard and voted for it.

Braidbar would also like to take this opportunity to thank all those who did vote for Braidbar No. 100 at Crick.
