Sir James is a beautiful 70’ Trad style narrowboat with a Josher Bow. It is built based on the Braidbar 100, with a fully reconditioned Vintage Gardner 2LW Engine, a stunning traditional hand made Boatman’s Cabin, yet constructed with the latest innovation in electrics and technology. It boasts Masterbus generator, and electrics, and the new Empirbus DC electric distribution system has been installed together with a GSM card allowing the owner to turn on the heating or freezer, turn off the lights, or set the alarm remotely. The system will also send a text to the owner for any system failure or intrusion to the security of the boat, and even tells him the battery voltage!

Built as a floating cottage it has all the comforts of home inside the boat – plasma TV, PS3, Dishwasher, washer dryer, & freezer, with a generator to run it all – fun and comfort for all.

With a burnt and brushed oiled reclaimed oak floor, and granite work surfaces this is truly a stunning boat.
