Ice Breaker No. 128 April 2011

‘Ice Breaker’ is a 57’ Trad style narrow boat powered by a Beta Marine 43bhp diesel engine, 8hp Lewmar electric bow thruster and a 2.5kw Mastervolt inverter. It has brass portholes and two Houdini hatches, one in the galley and one in the bedroom.

From the helm you walk down through the engine room and into the galley. Staron worktops have been fitted on both sides, one side accommodating the galley sink with the washing machine plumbed in underneath the drainer. Overhead cupboards have been built over the top with discreet under cupboard LED lights fitted with options of a blue atmospheric light or standard white light.  The fridge and cooker are positioned on the starboard side of the boat.
